Features:

• External Remote Sense: Provides flexible sensing and minimizes coupling in high di/dt environments. • High Current Testing: Each unit can test up to 500A with a current resolution of 1A and can slew greater than 3200A/µs. • Scalable Solution: Connect up to three LSP1000RS units in parallel to test 1500A and 10,000A/µs. • Comprehensive Measurements: Voltage and current measurements are captured for every test, displayed in real-time on the GUI and via SMB on the device. • Integrated Testing: No additional test equipment needed for voltage transient behavior testing; both stimuli and measurements are generated and measured by the device.
